How long do I have to wait for my order?

Please note: For deliveries to destinations outside certain regions, the buyer is responsible for the correct customs clearance of the order.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

Our shipping partner typically delivers from Monday to Saturday.

If the delivery cannot be handed to you directly at the provided address, a notification card will be left. This card will indicate how you can collect your package, usually within 7 days. If no specific alternative arrangements are in place, the delivery may also be made to a neighbor or another authorized person at the address.

How long do I have to wait for my order?
